With clients, we discuss design options including color scheme, style of treatments, hardware options, lead time, fabric possibilities, functionality of treatment, etc. Then we translate client’s needs and vision into a proposal that works with their budget and includes details such as accurate measurements, minimum yardage required, labor costs, and hardware costs. Next we research and source fabric, hardware, and supplies. Finally, we order fabric, hardware, and supplies following client approval of full plan.
Fabricate:
Workroom is managed to plan and create commissioned treatments and ensure production schedule consistently meets deadlines. We meticulously cut, sew and fabricate treatments. Trained associates apply their inherent talent and complete tasks. Receivables are inspected upon delivery and then installations are scheduled. Oversee the installation of the treatments and then prepare for presentation to the client. Adaptation of processes/techniques occur to meet the needs of individual environments. Finally, we ensure client is delighted and satisfied.
